CHANGE IN URL OF SOUTHERN RAILWAY WEBSITE
As per Railway Board’s direction to maintain uniformity in naming the URLs of various Zonal Railways/units in Indian Railways, the URL of Southern Railway website has been modified as http://www.sr.indianrailways.gov.in instead of http://www.southernrailway.gov.in with effect from 20.11.2010. However, a provision has been made to enable the users to access the Southern Railway website with the old URL till 1st January, 2011.
